Returns and Exchanges

In case we accidently delivered a wrong item, or if you received a damaged item that is not caused due to inappropriate handling by the customer, please give us a short description of the issue via e-mail or telephone. We arrange the collection by DHL or you'll receive a returns voucher. In any case we are trying to sort out your problems. If that's not possible or you are not satisfied, you get your money back.
